- To keep fresh products to suggested storage (cold storage or chillers).
- To process products in according to the processing standard (for salad bar, bakery and pastry)
- To make product according to recipes and production plan.
- To manage fresh products in display area, to check products condition and display area.
- To pack and label products according to pack & label rules.
- To check price card and price changing for fresh products.
- To keep the cleanliness of display area, working area and personal hygiene.
- To clean work or display area according to hygiene standard.
- To clean assets and equipment according to hygiene standard
- Prepare Stock Card and Production Card
- Prepare item Price To Reduce
- Prepare department ready for monthly inventory
- Minimum SPM (Fresh graduates are encourage to apply)/ Certificate in Culinary and experience in cook line are added advantage
- Ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Melayu)
- Willing to work on a shift basis / weekend / public holidays)
- Able to work independently and as a team player)
- Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service)
