Job Responsibility
  • Perform sales supporting and administrative works
  • Handle all sales incentives, coordination with site operation, and search project information.
  • Evaluate of tender and quotations by sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Travel out of office (Collect Cheque) if necessary
  • Maintain good working orders with all business associate and corresponding with government department(s), record scheduling and coordinate all meeting/ appointments/ flight and travel arrangement(s).

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Construction and Sales industry (Cold-Calling/Telesales).
  • Proficient in Mandarin + English (Both Spoken & Written) + Chinese Dialect has added advantage.
  • Sales & Result -Oriented Person
  • Good Knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office and Auto CAD).
  • Possess own transport
  • Must be willing to work based at Bandar Sri Permaisuri (10-15mins away from Salak Selatan LRT Station)
  • Must be able to work from Monday - Friday ; 8:30am - 6:00pm 

Job Benefits
  • Basic Ranged from RM 3,000 to RM 3,800
  • Commission RM1000 - RM2000
  • Claimable Travel Allowance (To site & Collect Cheque)
  • Salary Adjustment Upon Confirmation + Annual Salary Increment + Annual Bonus (Min 1-3 months)
