The incumbent is responsible to manage the operations Record Management Services (RMS) project at Citibank, KL and ensure project deliverables meet target time, quantity and quality of work as set out by customers.
- Manage and execute job determined by Citibank, KL.
- Documents Privet to ensure application documents from customers is complete.
- To do pre scanning on customer information.
- Call customer to get more information and complete customer application.
- To check Citibank mailbox.
- To print application form from Citibank mail box.
- Submit documents to CI department.
- Develop effective communications and cooperation with the customer's management.
- Perform any others duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
- Data quality clean up exercise
- Good in influencing, planning and organizing capability.
- Knowledge in banking activities.
