Technical Sale Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibility
  • Support the regional business teams to win and close sales of clients' solutions
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the joint  value proposition, products, tools and processes
  • Identify and drive process improvements
  • Establish strong working relationship with client regional PSS Data Center teams, RSMs, sales teams, and their counterparts in assigned region
  • Generate and distribute regular pipeline and revenue reports leveraging both clients' SFDC systems
  • Attend regular team meetings and forecast reviews with stakeholders
  • Build a strong relationship with joint partners
  • Tasks and Duties:
  • Create sales pipeline for joint business
  • Provide solution and process sales support to Partners & stakeholder field teams
  • Deliver a programme of continuous training and enablement for clients field sales teams, partners and end-customers for the  solutions, and Solutions Plus ordering systems
  • Contact joint Partners to provide information about how to properly quote solutions and schedule demos
  • Give support to Partners regarding Account Planning and marketing opportunities
  • Register and validate sales opportunities in client's Saleforce.com
  • Work closely with VSS colleagues to stagger shift assignments for global coverage and vacation schedules

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business Management is preferred, Diploma is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Sales
  • Experience in IT Industry is an added value
  • Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience is an additional advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and local language.
  • Strong communicator, strong organizing abilities and process-oriented work style
  • Sales, product & technical certifications and advantage
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrable results in building and leading collaborative teams
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Financial business acumen with experience in developing business
  • Self-organized team player
