Job Responsibility
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Receive and sort mails and deliveries
  • Manage for monthly staff event
  • To monitor and restok office and pantry supplies for staff usage
  • Following up on important actions and decisions from superior
  • Carry out day-to day general administration and office support/duties, such as data entry and filing
  • Ensure reception counter and interview rooms are clean
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements
  • Temporary Admin
  • Students who are having semester break / school holiday / waiting for result 
  • someone who are looking and waiting for permanent job (willing to work in temporary basis, for 3  months or longers, working day: 5 days per week) are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess positive working attitude, independent and able to work in minimum supervision
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status

Job Benefits
